Tra Armstrong serves as the President of The Bridge Builder Collective, bringing a wealth of experience in leadership, operations, and community engagement. A graduate of Walker Valley High School in Cleveland, TN, Tra holds both a Bachelor's in Information Technology and an MBA from Colorado Technical University. He currently serves as the Deputy Operations Officer at Signal Centers and is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Organizational Leadership. Tra and his wife, Nichole, are proud parents of a blended family with seven children.

Sterling Gillum proudly serves as the Vice President of The Bridge Builder Collective. Originally from Stone Mountain, Georgia, Sterling is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Nonprofit Management and was a member of the Mocs football team. He currently works as a Lieutenant with the City of Chattanooga Fire Department and brings a passion for service, leadership, and community impact to everything he does. Sterling and his wife, Nicole, are the proud parents of two children.

Dontrell Baines serves at the Treasurer of The Bridge Builder Collective, bringing a solid background in financial leadership and strategic planning. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Tennessee Tech University, where he was also a member of the Golden Eagles football team. With experience in a variety of financial roles, Dontrell currently serves as a Business Transformation Manager at Capgemini, helping organizations streamline operations and improve performance. He and his wife, Christine, are proud parents of three children.
