SCHOLARSHIP

The Bridge Builder Collective is committed to empowering future leaders through education. Our Dr. Marvin Lott Scholarship Program provides financial support to students pursuing higher education, recognizing their dedication to academic and personal growth.

In addition, our Omega Lamplighters Mentoring Program offers two micro-scholarships to celebrate outstanding academic achievement and leadership among our mentees. These scholarships inspire young men to excel academically and contribute to their communities.
Workforce Development

Bridge to Opportunity Program: A workforce readiness initiative designed to assist men seeking employment by providing professional attire, resume writing workshops, and interview skills training. By connecting participants with resources and mentorship, this program bridges the gap to sustainable employment.
